Executive Leadership Team

Henry County Medical Center is comprised of over 800 partners who are led by an executive leadership team and governed by a seven member board of trustees.

Lisa Casteel
Chief Executive Officer

Casteel joined Henry County Medical Center in 2005 and has a BBA with a Major in Accounting from the University of Memphis and an MBA with a concentration in Health Administration from Bethel University.  She is also a Certified Public Accountant.  Before joining Henry County Medical Center she held the position of Controller and Compliance Officer for Gateway Medical Center in Clarksville, Tennessee and before that as Auditor for both KPMG in Nashville and Shreveport, LA, and Deloitte & Touche in Memphis.  Casteel is an active member of the Tennessee Hospital Association and the Hospital Alliance of Tennessee. She is an alumni with the West Star Leadership Program, an active member with Paris-Lakeway Kiwanis, serves on the Tennessee Hospital Association Investment Committee Board, and a supporter of St. Jude Children’s Hospital in hopes for a cure to childhood cancer.


Dale Guffey
Chief Financial Officer

Guffey joined Henry County Medical Center in 2017 as the Chief Financial Officer, coming from Glasgow, KY, where he served as a Chief Financial Officer for TJ Samson Regional Health. Guffey has served as CFO at several hospitals and health systems including Quorum Health Resources, Health Management Associates, and HCA. Guffey received his Bachelor of Accounting Degree from Orlando College and his Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Andrews University. Guffey participates in Strategic Planning, Physician Alignment, and Physician Practice Management Strategies.  He has direct oversight of areas in Revenue Strategies and Revenue Cycle Management; Logistics and Materials Management; Health Information Management, and Technology Development; Accounting and Financial Reporting; and the Hospitalist Program.  Guffey is a member of the Paris Rotary Club


 Neely Ashby
Chief Nursing Officer

Ashby began her career at HCMC as a nurse in 1996. She later joined the VA, but then returned home to Kentucky Lake Surgery Center. After HCMC’s purchase of the Surgery Center, Ashby led many health initiatives in our organization. She has served as Director of both the Surgery Center and Hospital Surgery. She has created, managed, or been involved with the areas of Pre-Admission Testing, Same Day Surgery, Nursing Leadership, and the Orthopedics Center of Excellence. Ashby is an RN and has a Masters in Nursing Leadership from Western Governor’s University.


 Billie McKee
Chief Human Resources Officer

McKee joined Henry County Medical Center in 2004 as the Director of Imaging is a Certified Radiology Administrator (CRA). She has a Bachelor of Professional Studies from the University of Memphis, a Masters in Health Administration and MBA from University of St. Francis in Joliet, Illinois. McKee has recently been promoted to Chief Human Resources Officer. She participates in Strategic Planning and Employment Development. She has direct oversight of areas in human resources; employee engagement, employee relations; risk management; customer services and patient relations; Imaging and Diagnostic Center Services.


  Sandra Ray
Administrator-Henry County Healthcare Center

Sandra Ray came to Henry County Healthcare Center in 1998 from Arkansas.  She earned a Masters degree in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas and has worked in healthcare management for 34 years.  She is an active member of the Tennessee Health Care Association and her facility has won several awards of Excellence from the American Health Care Association.

 


Charles Dyer
Chief Business Development Officer

Dyer joined Henry County Medical Center in October 2003 as Director of Pharmacy services.  He has a Doctor of Pharmacy degree Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama.  Dyer expanded the pharmacy into both the retail market and long term care market for increased business and patient satisfaction.  In 2018, he was promoted to the position of Chief Business Development Officer looking to expand current and future hospital business plans.  He provides oversight of the following areas within the organization Pharmacy, Rehab Services, Durable Medical Equipment, Home Health, Hospice and Wound Care/HBO.


Pam Ridley
Chief Information Officer

Pam Ridley joined Henry County Medical Center in 1985 as a Computer Operator in the Data Processing Department. She was later promoted to the Director of Information Systems in 1988. In this role, Ridley has had oversight of all computer hardware, software, system implementations/upgrades and the advancement of technology usage at HCMC. Under her leadership, the IS department has been recognized nationally for the last 3 years as “The Best Hospital IT Department – Small Division” by Healthcare IT News , a national healthcare magazine. Recently promoted to Chief Information Officer, Ridley now has responsibility for Telecommunications and Corporate Compliance. Pam graduated from the University of Tennessee at Martin with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems.
