Henry County Healthcare Center is a 136-bed facility providing skilled and intermediate care with an emphasis on rehabilitation services through the Plumley Rehabilitation Center located at 239 Hospital Circle in Paris.

Plumley Rehabilitation Center focuses on rehabilitation for post surgical patients, stroke patients as well as patients who may have developed weakness and functional loss due to other medical conditions or traumas.

Our speech, physical and occupational therapists work together with physicians to provide a fully integrated team approach to help patients achieve their full potential.

We offer a wide range of services to our residents and patients including a fine dining program, wireless internet throughout the building as well as computers in the lobby for activities.

Our patient-focused staff offers outcome-based treatment, interdisciplinary conferencing and family involvement. Our primary goal is to ensure maximum independence and quality of life for each individual.

Henry County Healthcare Center & Plumley Rehab has been recognized as a 2015 recipient of the Bronze – Commitment to Quality Award for its dedication to improving the lives of residents through quality care. The award is the first of three distinctions possible through the National Quality Award Program, presented by the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL). The program honors centers across the nation that have demonstrated their commitment to improving quality care for seniors and individuals with disabilities
