Our Community Health Screening offers free screenings for blood pressure, osteoporosis, and blood sugar. Total cholesterol along with a full lipid panel screening is available for $10. All screenings will be performed on-site, using point-of-care fingerstick machines. Results will be available immediately. All patients must be fasting for 6 hours to participate in the screening. Screening will be held at Henry County Farm Bureau on 406 N Poplar Street in Paris.
Masks are recommended and social distancing will be practiced.

HCMC and the Paris and Henry County Healthcare Foundation will be on hand at the Henry County Office on Aging to offer a free chronic disease management screening. Our Chronic Disease Management Program screening offers total lipid panel, blood sugar, blood pressure, BMI and A1c. There will be free information on our services as well as give-aways and more.
