Paris, TN – Henry County Medical Center is proud to announce that Brooke Ulrich, RN, Director of Surgical Services, was selected as Director of the Quarter at the October Department Directors meeting.
Ulrich was selected for the honor because of her willingness to learn and grow forward with the organization, being a great ambassador for both surgical services and HCMC. Ulrich joined HCMC in March 2018 and has served as Director of Surgical Services for 14 months overseeing the construction of the Cardiac Cath Lab, assisting with the addition of pulmonology services, recruitment of staff and working to ensure physician/surgeon satisfaction in the Surgery Department.
Ulrich attended Jackson State Community College. She began her career as a staff nurse, then progressed to a charge nurse in the OR, and now is happy to serve as the Director of Surgical Services. Ulrich is a native of McKenzie, TN, and currently resides there with her husband and two children.
“I am grateful to be a part of the HCMC family,” said Ulrich. “It has been a time of growth, learning, and changes. I look forward to the challenges that lie ahead and the role I play in them.”
HCMC recognizes department leaders every quarter as well as selecting a department leader of the year at the annual Service Awards Banquet.
