Small Steps to Healthy Living - Join Our Healthy Henry County Walking Club Henry County Medical Center is offering a FREE Walking Club to anyone interested in establishing a walking routine. Every Wednesday at 12 Noon, the Healthy Henry County Walking Club will meet with staff in the HCMC Front Lobby for a 20 minute walk, rain or shine. Participants who sign up for the walking club will receive a free pedometer and the opportunity to win great prizes like cups, mugs, gift cards, exercise equipment, and t-shirts based on points earned. Free Blood Pressure Checks at Carroll County Office on Aging

HCMC Community Educator will be available to take your blood pressure and discuss the results with you  at the Carroll County Senior Citizen Center.  Each month's dates will be posted on our website. Health Information will also be available at each Blood Pressure Check.  Be sure to attend to receive important information about your health.
