Join us in recognition of Heart Health Month with a lunch to learn examining the most common mistakes made by men and women when it comes to heart health. Plus, we’ll look at how heart health is impacted by exercise.

HCMC will be providing blood pressure screenings and heart health information at the event
This Valentine’s Day, join Community Educator, Lori Stambaugh, RN BSN, as she provides an educational talk on heart health and steps to talk to ensure your heart stays healthy. She will discuss various heart diseases and warning signs of a heart attack, stroke, and more. The session is free to those attending and handouts will be provided.
