Join us for a day of Health & Wellness – the event is free and open to the public. There will be door prizes, snacks, education, and screenings. Screenings include blood pressures, blood sugar, cholesterol lipid panel, weight and body mass index, osteoporosis, and balance checks. Information will be provided by physician practices, pharmacy assistance, healthcare center, and chonic disease management.
Participants are asked to fast for 8 hours prior to the health screening.

McKenzie Elementary School
A free community health event with health eating tips, limited screenings, and educational materials. Henry County Medical Center Community Health Educator Lori Stambaugh, RN BSN, and GrowWell West TN will be on hand with information at the event about 8-5-2-1-0 Let’s Go as well as freebies and give-aways. HCMC will also be giving out any free tickets still left for the movie event in McKenzie this night at 7 p.m. as well.
The event is sponsored by McKeznie Elementary School and Carroll County Coordinated School Health.

Henry County Medical Center will be on hand to offer free Osteoporosis Heel Scans as well as provide information on many of our services including Lake Haven, Home Health & Hospice, In Home Equipment and Supplies, Henry County Healthcare Center and Plumley Rehab, Wound Care, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, and more. Representatives from Eagle Creek will also be there to answer any questions veteran’s may have. HCMC will also provide give-aways at the event.
