Join Diabetes Educator, Kim Dempsey, MS, RD, LDL, CDE, as she provides an educational talk on nutrition and the importance of a good diet to ensure you don’t develop chronic health conditions like diabetes. She will discuss what you should and shouldn’t be eating to ensure you stay healthy. The session is free to those attending and handouts will be provided.
